PRAKASH HT comes with 25+ experience in versatile domains across sectors like Telecom, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, Embedded Technology, Information Solutions and Services.

He is the Founder Director of Embassy IT Solutions a Decade plus year old Company with the primary objective of providing Opportunity for the Freshers to gain live experience to build, enhance and get a better career and has so far helped around 200+ freshers.

During his Service Experiences, He was instrumental in developing many Software Products, Solutions to many public and private sectors. He worked with LRDE, DRDO, AADHAR, HAL, Modern Art Gallery of India, Karnataka Lokayuktha and Leading Public and Private Educational Organisations by providing customized Software and Embedded Solutions.. He has Capability to Analyse, Recommend, Integrate and Manage Robust Solutions.

As an Employee, he started his career from Telecom Production shaft floor as a supervisor and rise to the Highest Position in Software as Vice President – Projects and Solutions in a Leading Limited Company.

During his 10+ years of Entrepreneur Experience, he worked with leading Educationalist in and around Karnataka as an Consultant to setup, operate and manage tailor made IT Solutions / Services to Educational Institutions to enhance their Admissions, Operations to cope upto today's competitive world. He was a Distinguished Member in the Panel involved in setting up syllabus for B.VOC E-commerce courses to Bangalore University in association with BMS Institute of Women’s College in Honorary Position.

He has a versatile personality & is actively engaged in rendering Social Service with his association with Lion’s Club International holding various positions so far..

Subramanya Prasad

Director Operations

He has began professional career at JVS Electronics, contributed to the development of microcontroller-based electrical protection products. Then subsequently moved to L&T, where he has lead the development team. Continued his career with Satyam Computer Services (now TechMahindra) in the automotive sector, focusing on the development and testing of various automotive systems, including steering systems, electronic park brakes, BCM, passive safety, and active safety systems. Then moved to the UK to gain five years of international experience, working extensively on automotive products.

Joined US based Diganosys Electronics as General manager to lead India team and drive the India Business .After successful period, joined back to L&T Technology Services, he has led big team in automotive testing, driving growth and operational excellence. His versatile experience spans leadership, team development, HR operations, strategic planning, and technology integration, underscoring a strong commitment to both organizational success and innovation. .
